Sending mail, fax, email, using the contact form or leaving a message on the mailbox does not yet constitute a contract for work. Any requests reaching the office that way need to be confirmed by telephone or in text form, this includes email. Prior to this confirmation there does not exist any binding contractual relation. Please take this into account if you need an urgent delivery (express translation).
Messages or data sent to the translator's office after the confirmation of the order are to be considered received only after confirmation of reception by the office. Please make sure you send all texts and data in a timely manner. Coordinate the means of communication with the office, especially before sending lots of data (e.g. in form of email-attachments).
Please take into account that sending data per email might give third parties access to them if they have access to the servers etc. involved in the transmission. The data in the electronic data devices of the office are stored and protected according to the data protection laws and regulations.
5. Disclaimer
